Appointments
Appointments times vary. Office hours are Monday through Thursday 1 PM to 7 PM, and Closed Fridays. All appointments begin at the top of the hour. Please call the office or email for periods of availability and to schedule an appointment.
All paperwork is done online and assessments will be performed during the session time. To sign in and complete paperwork, please Log In to your client portal by clicking on LINK below:

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment. You will be charged a full appointment fee for late cancellations and/or missed appointments.
Fees
Fees based on a 45-minute session.
90-minute sessions are available for an additional charge upon request if time allows.
